John has worked in the construction business for most of his career. John has operated most Cats, Graders, Loader, Etc. He spent 30 years as maintenance supervisor for transportation. John is in charge of the aggregate and transportation segments of the company.

LORINA BALL - Payroll & Accounting Manager

Lorina is responsible for the payroll and accounting areas of JLG Ball Enterprises

LISA G. BALL - Operations & General Manager

Lisa is in charge of Field Divisions, scheduling of equipment and manpower in all areas of the company. She oversees fieldwork from hotline excavations to road building. Lisa has 10 years of related experience.

GORDON BALL - Supervisor/Equipment

Gordon looks after maintenance of equipment in the field. He has 14 years of experience running equipment and working in the construction business. Gordon supervises road building projects, excavation projects and also functions as an equipment operator when needed.

JOE LACHANCE - Field Superintendent

Joe is responsible for projects from our field office, installing gas and electrical lines, excavation of hotlines and general road maintenance. Joe is a certified plastic welder and has worked as an equipment operator for 20 years.

BILL PHILLIPS - Supervisor/Field Division

Bill has worked in project management for 15 years in the forestry industry and in supervision and management for 22 years. He joined our company 3 years ago and in this time has worked out of our field office in the oil and gas sector.
